• Information you give us: when you request an estimate we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you need, your property type, a preferred appointment day and time, project details, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
• Calls and texts: if you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation, and calls may be logged by our phone provider (for example the time and length of the call).
• How you found us: the page you were on, the referring website, and ad information such as campaign tags (UTM parameters) or click identifiers from Google or Meta.
• Device and usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed and the time of your visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule and prepare estimates, and provide our painting services.
• To contact you about your estimate or project by phone, email or, with your consent, text message.
• To keep records of our customers and projects in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from EC Painting about your estimate request and project, such as appointment reminders and project updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. How we share information
